Starting Aug. 24, 2020: Students will find significant discounts on licenses for Adobe Creative Cloud at the University IT Software Licensing Webstore.
The Creative Cloud suite — including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign — are among the most widely-used applications by Stanford students. UIT’s Vendor Management team negotiated student licensing with Adobe, resulting in significantly reduced one-year subscription costs with an approximate 75% discount off of the list price. Students can now purchase a one-year Creative Cloud subscription for $85.

The University IT Software Licensing office acts as a main point of contact for software that is available for purchase or use on campus.

Academic software are licensed and distributed directly through the software web store. If there is general and continuing interest in a software product not yet offered on campus, we will research the request to see if we can negotiate an agreement that will benefit the University.
